Water stains? repaired

Ugly water stain I repaired a little damage, sealed the stain witha few coats of BIN shellac ( dries very quickly )	Primed and papered walls, Painted ceiling After the repairs I primed and painted the ceiling and primed the walls and hung wallpaper	More water damage I re-taped and repaired the wall and sealed the stain with BIN. I primed the walls using a primer sealer for paint and wallcoverings than hung the wallpaper	Finished Using the proper sealer, I don't have to worry about a call back. I like to do it right the first time
